Leaf Punch Lysis Solution is packaged in 12 x 0.2 mL PCR 8-tube FLEX-FREE strips with attached optical cap strip in a 96 well plate for ease of use with 96 well protocols.

The Leaf Punch Lysis Solution is used to extract nucleic acids (DNA or RNA) from a cannabis leaf sample.

Important Note: The Leaf Punch Lysis Solution cannot be used with any youPCR® assays. The new Leaf Punch Lysis Solution protocol is available for download on this page and on our technical documents web page.

Leaf Punch Lysis Solution should be stored at -20C.
